Cibelli’s Pizza, Redmond
When Frank Cibelli moved to Oregon, he found that the options for a “fine slice of pizza” were somewhat limited. Realizing this problem with his new home’s cuisine and knowing how much people love their pizzas in New York City, where they grew up at street fairs or Little Italy restaurants while talking over good times together. It didn’t take long before ideas formed on what could be done about bringing back some great-tasting food into circulation here too. So now, you have access to delicious NYC-style deep-dish pies and a wide variety, including gluten-free crusts–all made fresh by expertly trained chefs using top-quality ingredients whenever possible.
When Anthony Cibelli opened up his own pizzeria, he wanted to provide people in Oregon with the best pizza possible. So rather than just sell them a pie delivered from somewhere else like other restaurants do today, Cibelli’s Pizza celebrates dough—the art of making delicious pies. You can find their locations all around town: Corvallis and Bend both have one, and Redmond, Oregon does, too. If you live anywhere near these cities or travel through on any roadways leading into/out of central Oregon, call them before your next meal.
His dedication to the craft led him back into art that had been lost for generations – tossing and spinning pizza dough. In addition, he put all of his attention on customer service and served only fresh ingredients from farms around town so you could have a delicious meal at home or delivered straight away. When Frank opened up his first pizza joint, he did so, hoping that it would be successful. Less than one year later, things were going smoother than expected; demand for Their delicious gourmet pizzas was significant enough to have another location opening soon.
When Frank opened the doors to his new restaurant, he hired a young pizza chef named Brett, who had just finished working at an adjacent location in Tumalo. Frank and Cibelli hit it off and became friends over many years of collaborating on recipes while building up this business’s success today.
